Job Title: Sr. Cisco Telecommunications Technician

Location: Norfolk VA

Position Type: Full Time 

General Responsibilities:

• Must be knowledgeable in and experienced with software and hardware operations for Telecommunications or Security.
• Provides support in the less technical disciplines of Telecommunications/Security, such as equipment operations, moving and installing equipment, cabling, data entry and verification, media duplication, document control, and software installation.

CERTIFICATIONS:

• Cisco H.264/H.320

EXPERIENCE:

• Ten (10) years with Cisco H.264/H.320, CMS Local Custodian, CMS Ancillary Equipment & Devices, Secure VTC (Un-Classified/Classified), Definity 75, DCS
• One (1) year of experience with Tele-Con/Phone Bridge, ISDN/IP, VTC Lifecycle Management

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, or a related field
