In this highly visible HR role, the incumbent will serve as an ASMPT Business Partner to AEI, SEMI USA (colloquially APAP) and NEXX business units and will provide HR support and guidance in alignment with business objectives and ASMPT HR strategy and WIGS.
This role requires a combination of relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of HR Information Systems and HR best practices and recordkeeping, along with excellent communication and people skills.
