Essential Duties And Responsibilties
- Prepares food items for the facility events, both in the kitchen and concession stands.
- Facilitate all plate-up and delivery of all food for prospective functions.
- Assists in cleaning all serving equipment and utensils.
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure cleanliness in all areas.
- Set-up and breakdown of all food for banquet buffets.
- Clean all food and beverage prep and servicing areas, which include kitchen and back hallways.
- Maintains all kitchen equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance.
- At least two (2) years of experience in a Food & Beverage environment
- Ability to work well and as a team with other staff members
- Must be results oriented with the ability to meet the required timelines
- Must be knowledgeable of and adhere to local health codes
- Ability to be creative with food presentations and maintain a quality product
- Have an exceptional attention to detail
- Understanding of basic Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements
