POSITION: Operations Specialist DEPARTMENT: Operations REPORTS TO: Director of Operations FLSA STATUS: Hourly Summary: The Operations Specialist provides event day support via the SOC. The position will work directly in the SOC and provide event logistical support for the Operations Department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provide event day support the for Operations Department. Answer radio calls and dispatch work accordingly. Enter request information into ISS system for proper logging and tracking. Work directly with other departments to answer questions, provide support, and assist to ensure overall event success. Education and/or Experience Skills and Abilities High School diploma or GED certificate Ability to multi‐task, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual must have worked knowledge of spreadsheet software and work processing software and be proficient in Microsoft Office environment, specifically Excel and Word. Other Qualifications Must be age 18 or older. Ability to work with a diverse workforce. Friendly and courteous.
