Overall, the Selling Sales Manager contributes to the company’s high performance culture by modeling

- Initiates and manages sales programs to ensure attainment of company sales goals and
- Understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of
- Conducts weekly one-on-one review with each Retail Sales Professional and Selling Assistant

- Assist in customer service issues that affect the sales department

- Take customer overflow to assist and close sales in addition to being in the Upboard rotation

- Performs nightly checkouts for each associate and monitors the integrity of Trax traffic and
- Key holder in charge of closing store down and closing processes
- Ensures guest follow up with Podium and manages guest interactions post sale
