JOB PURPOSE: To enter customer orders as well as handle customer calls and requests in an appropriate and timely manner
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Enter orders based on faxes, emails and telephone calls
· Provide written and verbal quotes to customers
· Respond to customer requests for information and documents
· Direct phone calls as needed (main line, etc.)
· Resolve customer issues
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Strong attention to detail;
· Ability to work well with others and as an individual
· Excellent written and verbal skills
· Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
· Problem-solving skills
