Job Summary :

Join our vibrant team as a Marketing Coordinator, where you'll be instrumental in propelling our brand's expansion and fostering community involvement.

Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities aimed at amplifying our brand presence and driving engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Craft compelling blogs and press releases to spotlight our offerings and achievements.
• Maintain our website, ensuring up-to-date pricing, captivating visuals, and user-friendly navigation.
• Lead community marketing efforts, including managing budgets, nurturing vendor relationships, and organizing impactful events.
• Utilize your expertise in branding, advertising, and social media to drive marketing initiatives and oversee direct mail and social media campaigns.
• Deliver highly effective social media campaigns for the company and its communities that drive brand awareness and traffic to sales centers
• Coordinate welcome center operations, overseeing everything from fabrication to merchandising to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
• Conduct market research to inform strategic plans for new communities and products, collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Experience teams.
• Produce engaging podcasts under our brand umbrella and identify opportunities for cost-effective PR.
• Oversee signage strategy and coordinate grand openings and promotional events with meticulous attention to detail.

Job Specification :

• Marketing Degree or 4 years’ experience in a similar role within the residential home building industry.
• Proficiency in Canva with advanced graphic design expertise
• Proficiency in WordPress will be crucial for various tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing is a must.
• Excellent written communication, presentation skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
