Job Description:

The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions of our treatment facility. This position requires a combination of strategic planning, operational oversight, and team management to ensure optimal service delivery and facility performance

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee daily operations of the facility, including patient services, staff scheduling, and facility maintenance

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

- Manage a team of administrative and support staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations

- Coordinate with clinical director to ensure seamless integration of clinical and operational components

- Monitor budget and financial management, including billing, payroll, and procurement of facility supplies

- Handle logistics for patient admissions and discharges, ensuring a smooth process and maintaining high standards of patient care

- Facilitate communication across departments to promote a collaborative environment that supports patient treatment plans

- Analyze operational processes and implement improvements for increased efficiency and effectiveness

- Ensure the facility meets all local, state, and federal regulations concerning healthcare and privacy standards

- Develop and foster relationships with vendors, external partners, and community organizations

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Valid Driver’s License

- 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare or treatment facility setting

- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and best practices in substance use disorder treatment

- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working constructively with diverse teams

- Proficiency in healthcare IT systems software and Microsoft office

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field

- Experience specifically in substance use disorder treatment facilities

- Certified in healthcare compliance or operations management
