An instructor in Human Resources Management will demonstrate the versatility and expertise necessary to provide instruction and practice in Human Resources Management and business courses.

Duties

Duties include instructing students in Human Resources Management and business courses, classroom management, maintaining a clean, orderly teaching environment, maintaining a professional instructor/student relationship, maintaining a professional image, maintaining a weekly office hour, and other duties as assigned by the Department Chair.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

2. At least one year teaching experience;

3. At least one year experience in business practices.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Masters in Human Resources Management or related field and 18 graduate hours in HR and/or BUS.

2. At least two years teaching experience in a formal educational setting;

3. Familiarity with Moodle;

4. Extensive knowledge of business and human resources practices.
