A. General Description:
As Director, Sales and Corporate Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for Corporate Partnerships and sales to drive non-dues revenue and foster mutually beneficial relationships for the association, members, and organizations. ASHA’s Corporate Partnership program is a marketing agreement between ASHA and the commercial entity. The position fosters and manages commercial relationships to maximize the value of saleable assets, ASHA marks and logos, and other exposure opportunities. The position coaches staff and oversees the management and sale of sponsorships, mailing lists, product advertising, and Organizational Sales of ASHA Professional Development. This position is responsible for managing the annual budget.

The incumbent reports directly to the Chief Marketing and Sales Officer. The incumbent’s internal contacts include the CEO, the Marketing and Sales cluster, Practices, Convention and Meetings, Finance, ASHA Professional Development, Digital Communications, Creative Media, and other internal staff associated with products and services. Primary external contacts include corporate CEOs, marketing vice presidents, program directors and other buyers, vendors, consultants, and contractors.

The incumbent receives broad direction and objectives and is given wide latitude to determine approaches, procedures, and methodology to accomplish work responsibilities. Performs/completes activities individually and in a team environment.
