Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Master Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in vehicle maintenance, powertrain, automotive repair, and mechanical knowledge. As a Master Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing vehicles to ensure optimal performance.

Duties:
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests on vehicles
- Perform complex automotive repairs and maintenance tasks
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues
- Use hand tools and specialized equipment for repairs
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians
- Stay updated on advancements in automotive technology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Master Technician or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques
- Proficiency in diesel engine repair and powertrain systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Certification from an accredited automotive training program is a plus
