As a Marketing Coordinator, you will help create, deploy, and manage marketing strategies for the various brands we represent in the construction, agricultural and material-handling equipment industries. Creative skills and the ability to communicate with internal and external customers are essential for success. The best candidate will be passionate about generating new ideas as well as using data-driven tactics to support the company’s corporate strategy and overall business goals. The position requires effective communication, relationship-building skills, the ability to work with a diverse customer base, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee marketing and advertising promotional activities, help develop and manage social media pages (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, direct mail, web, eNewsletters etc.)
• Assist in maintaining the company website, with assistance from our web development partner.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and media initiatives, including the reimbursement of manufacturing coop funds.
• Prepare promotional presentations, and campaign creatives, and help distribute marketing materials.

• Experience in marketing coordination or a similar role or degree in marketing.
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Creative.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and web software such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and WordPress.
