- Coordinate and support the sales team in their daily activities
- Assist with the preparation and submission of sales proposals and contracts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in Salesforce
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify potential opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Support the sales team in managing key accounts and building strong relationships with clients
- Assist in organizing and attending sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or technology-related field
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business development opportunities
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
