Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our team. As the Assistant General Manager, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of the kitchen and culinary operations. Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations
- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, quality control, and inventory management
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menu offerings
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales data and implementing cost-saving measures
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment
- Assist in planning and executing special events, banquets, and catering services

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong background in kitchen management and food service operations
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and menu development
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests
