Position Description:
The Assistant Business Office Managerwill provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments and employees, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies when necessary, as well as additional business office duties.

·High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
·Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing business office duties.
·Excellent phone etiquette skills required.
·Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
·Demonstrated basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.
·Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
·Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
Approachable, flexible and adaptable to change.
