Responsibilities of the Community Outreach Associate Position:
- Forge strong customer relationships and provide expert guidance to drive sales and gain long term customer loyalty
- Engage with the community through personalized interactions, presentations, and events
- Register and manage customer accounts
- Collect data to boost sales performance
- Attend training and planning meetings to stay updated on clients and regulations
- Explain program eligibility, applications, and renewals to community members
Community Outreach Associate Qualities/Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Community Outreach, or a similar people-facing position
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Exceptional partnership and communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Proactive and outgoing in community interactions
- Patient and understanding in challenging situations
- Passionate about improving our community and enhancing the customer experience
