Position Specifics

The Communications Coordinator is responsible for working with the School Administrative team in collaboration with the Central Leadership team to provide general administrative and receptionist support, community engagement, and assist with school communications and event planning initiatives.

Minimum Position Requirements

The communications coordinator should possess a high school diploma with some college (minimum of Associate’s degree preferred). Additionally, the communications coordinator should have exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills, strong computer skills, including familiarity with traditional office programs proficient public speaking abilities, experience with email marketing software such as MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, or a similar programs, knowledge of best practices in graphic design and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design programs preferred, and a passion for working with schools, preferably Classical Education Charter School programs. Candidates must pass a background check as required by state law.
