JOB PURPOSE
The Talent Acquisition Partner will recruit professional and technical candidates, with an emphasis on aviation technicians, based on the needs of the organization by collaborating with hiring managers and Human Resources Business Partners. Must have a focus on delivering an amazing experience for all individuals involved in hiring process. Perform functions assigned in the organization, coordination and implementation of Human Resources programs, procedures, and practices within Talent Acquisition and to assist team members in other Human Resources areas as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to organize and plan work adhering to deadlines; excellent communication skills including the ability to read, write, and understand the English language and to follow verbal and written instruction; ability to work with or without supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to work well in a demanding environment with frequently changing dynamics. Ability to solve problems. Must be detail oriented and execute with a high level of accuracy.
Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary education or multiple years’ experience preferred.
Experience: Minimum of at least one (1) year of related recruiting experience is required, with prior experience in technical roles a plus. Aviation, manufacturing, or complex industry experience preferred.
Certificates/Licenses: Must hold a current valid Arizona driver’s license. SHRM or HRCI certifications preferred.
Other: May be required to work at all locations - Marana, AZ, Tucson, AZ and Roswell, NM as business needs dictate. •Must be able to travel extensively on recruiting assignments.
