Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is actively recruiting an attorney to join its national major projects practice in its client's New York office. Our ideal candidate will possess four to six years of transactional experience in energy, renewable, transportation, and social infrastructure projects, including drafting and negotiating EPC contracts, P3 agreements, CMAR agreements, subcontractor and supply agreements, and a variety of other commercial contracting and project finance documents. The candidate should be ready to apply that experience to interesting and challenging matters in a thriving and fast-paced practice. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required.
