Responsibilities :

• 1-2 years of Leasing Agent experience (not just leasing administration, you must be able to speak about your experience working directly with tenants)
• Execute marketing and leasing strategies, maintain good customer relations with current and prospective residents
• Tour prospective tenants around the building and explain benefits of building and location
• Strong follow-up and communication with prospects, successful closing techniques
• Manage online, email, and phone inquiries; oversee application process, verifications, building inventory, and policies
• Manage online apartment listings

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of Residential Luxury Leasing Agent experience
• Weekends and on-site required
• NYS Real Estate license required
