We're seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team and ensure an exceptional patient experience at our FastMed clinic. This role involves welcoming patients, handling incoming calls, guiding patients through registration, and providing efficient service from check-in to check-out.

Location: Jacksonville

Schedule: Rotating, 3-12 hour shifts.

Pay starts at $17/hour

Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients upon arrival and promptly answer incoming calls, addressing inquiries and providing resolutions.
• Assist patients with the registration process, including verifying insurance coverage.
• Utilize patient queuing system to inform patients and families about wait times and ensure efficient visits.
• Collect patient feedback to improve services.
• Accurately record charges and payments to support patient billing, and prepare daily deposit and reconciliation log.
• Uphold authenticity in all interactions, fostering confidence and trust among customers and team members.
• Empower team members to deliver quality care confidently.

Experience:

• 1 years working reception in a medical facility.
• Preferred: Urgent care experience
