We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse, RN to join a prominent Home Health agency near Bartlesville, OK!

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, RN you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to multiple patients per day in the comfort of their own home! If you have a minimum of 1 year of recent Home Health experience visiting multiple patients per day in a home setting and you are dedicated to delivering compassionate care, we encourage you to apply for this lucrative position.

Responsibilities of Home Health Registered Nurse, RN:

• Provide high-quality and compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes
• Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patients' conditions and progress
• Educate patients and their families on managing symptoms and providing emotional support
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care delivery
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Compensation for Home Health Registered Nurse, RN:

• $42-$50/HR Mileage Reimbursement (paid out weekly via direct deposit every Friday morning)
• Mileage ($0.41/per mile from first patient to last patient per day)
• Additional benefits provided.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 8 HR Days
• On Call: On call need for 1-2 evenings may be requested
• Length: 13 Week Contract (With Multiple Extensions Possible)
• Productivity: 28-32 Points per week - 5-6 Visits Per Day on Avg.
• Territory: Bartlesville proper, with some travel to the south and west. Nothing outside of 50 mile radius from branch.

Requirements for Home Health Registered Nurse, RN Position:

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in Oklahoma or Compact License
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in Home Health
• Home Care Home Base (HCHB) EMR Experience Required
• OASIS (E) Experience - Preferred - OASIS Required
• MUST be COVID Vaccinated or Provide Medical/Religious Exemption
• Ideal Candidate should be within 50-80 miles!
• MUST have Active Auto Insurance Policy
• MUST have Valid Driver's License
