This role will process weekly payroll for approximately 2000 employees using Ceridian Software.

Job Duties:

Responsible for processing employee pay such as payroll, retropay, garnishments, child support, vacation

Process union and non-union payroll and initiate fee deductions from payroll

Process pay card for short payment for employees

Manage new hires/terminations final payroll issues

Resolve payroll related matters for assigned pay groups while speaking with verbally and email to employees and/or management

Calculate time/attendees and export timeclock entries for hourly employees

Process hourly and bi-weekly and salaried employees pay in accordance with guidelines

Maintain employee records and employee files, calculate deductions and increases

Other duties as assigned
