Seeking a dynamic individual to join a premier New York real estate developer, owner, and property manager as a Leasing Agent. Play a pivotal role in executing marketing and leasing strategies, fostering positive relationships with residents, and showcasing luxury properties to prospective tenants.
Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing and leasing strategies, maintaining positive customer relations with current and prospective residents.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting the benefits of each building and its location.
- Ensure prompt follow-up and effective communication with prospects, using successful closing techniques.
- Manage online inquiries, including application processes, verifications, and inventory control.
- Maintain online apartment listings to attract potential tenants.
Requirements:
- 2 years of Residential Luxury Leasing Agent experience.
- Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Availability to work weekends and be on-site as required.
- NYS Real Estate License required.
