Job Responsibilities/ Details
- Knowledge of General Ledger Accounting along with account analysis and reconciliations under GAAP standards in QuickBooks & Sage Intacct is preferred
- Improve client, trade & vendor margins
- Ownership of financial information analysis for senior level reporting
- Sales tax filing
- Rate review and Job Costing
- Comprehensive policy review and internal control development to facilitate efficient accounting practices
- Maintain integrity of AP/AR inventory account ledgers
- Assist with budget analysis to assist with variance identification
- Serve as a mentor of other positions within accounting department
