Job Title: Financial Analyst - FP&A

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prepare and review reports & other analysis as required for achieving financial objectives.
• Provide direct day to day support for business unit partners and ensure financials are in line with projected budget.
• Assist with headcount tracking and planning; approximately 4 invoices a month for every employee, so it will be a lot of data to look through to confirm it is tagged properly.
• Understand financial models to forecast results.
• Analyze and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare and annotate variance reports.
• Work with operating plans to create supporting financial forecasts and budgets.
• Perform research to understand the accounting consequences of alternative approaches.
• Perform monthly review of financial statements and identify trends.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Desired Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of Financial Analysis experience – FP&A Background (no accounting)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and understand numbers
• Working knowledge of SAP or Essbase
• Excellent soft skills with the ability to lead team meetings and present financial analysis to management when necessary
• Financial experience within a large corporation or telecom
• Experience working with databases or data-centric projects

Location: Ability to be onsite 5 days a week - St. Louis, MO

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $55,000 - $65,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
