Are you an experienced litigation paralegal interested in a paralegal position with a well-establish firm in San Fernando Valley? We are seeking a career-driven litigation paralegal with at least 3-4 years of experience to join a busy and growing Labor and Employment group. This is an in office position.

Duties:

• Assist attorneys in addressing issues such as compensation, workplace safety, layoffs, trade secret theft, and labor disputes, preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence, and file / serve documents.

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to employment law matters

• Manage case files, pending deadlines, organizing documents, and maintaining accurate records.

• Coordinate with attorneys and other team members to ensure efficient case management.

Requirements:

• a minimum of 3-4 years\u2019 experience of paralegal experience, ideally in employment law performing the duties above. 

• Paralegal certification; or equivalent level of experience

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.

• Court Filing experience with State, Federal, Appellate and Arbitration Filings is preferred

• Strong skills in word processing, databases (ProLaw), email, and Microsoft Office software (Outlook \u2013 emails and calendaring), Word, Adobe

• Must be able to format documents with both TOA/TOC (REQUIRED)

• Trial preparation experience (Preferred)

Compensation

• Salary $75,000- $90,000

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
