Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding HR Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

-Knowledge of ADP software.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and conduct onboarding sessions.
- Provide guidance and support to new hires throughout the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a comprehensive onboarding experience.
- Conduct orientation sessions covering company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Build relationships with new hires to facilitate integration into the company culture.
- Assist in conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback to improve the onboarding process.

Experience:

- Previous experience in human resources or onboarding roles.
- Proficiency in leveraging HR systems such as ADP.
- Strong relationship management skills to engage with new hires effectively.
- Ability to conduct cold calling, interviewing, and research for candidate sourcing.
- Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes.
