Primary Responsibilities
¦ Arrive at work on time and in proper uniform, prepared to execute exceptional shifts.
¦ Exemplify AHG’s Mission and Core Values in every interaction, every shift.
¦ Perform the role of Greeter/Seater, Lead or Togo’s as scheduled. Responsibilities listed but not limited to items below:
Greeter/Seater/Lead/Togo
¦ Open the door for guests.
¦ Greet each guest with a sincere, warm greeting.
¦ Keep lines from forming at the door.
¦ Manage a wait using accurate quote times
¦ Bid all guests farewell and invite them back to Stanford’s.
¦ Walk and talk with guests as seating.
¦ Pull out chairs.
¦ Identify first time guests and welcome them.
¦ Introduce the Server by name.
¦ Thank guests for choosing to dine with Stanford’s.
¦ Provide Lead with continual floor updates.
¦ Conduct restroom checks every 30 minutes.
¦ Maintain accurate floor map.
¦ Anticipate seating for next 5 – 10 parties.
¦ Manage seating flow when on a wait.
¦ Interacts with guests while they wait.
¦ Knows our menu as well as servers
¦ Properly packaging all orders
¦ Ensure all condiments, sides, napkins, orders, and requested plastic utensils have been included
¦ Pick-up/Cash-out
¦ Provide clear, friendly directions to Guest for our Curbside Service
¦ Ensure 100% accuracy for all third-party deliveries
¦ Thank the guest!

¦ Maintain energy and enthusiasm throughout shift.
¦ Take reservations.
¦ Handle job applicants properly.
¦ Possess an extensive knowledge of all food and beverage selections.
¦ Know and utilize table numbers and seat positions.
¦ Maintain a perfectly clean and organized front desk area, lobby, and dining room.
¦ Smile and always face the front doors.
¦ Address guests by name.
¦ Provide comfortable seating to all of our guests.
¦ Accommodate and meet the special needs of guests (senior citizens, large parties, business meetings, children, etc.).
¦ Complete assigned opening, ongoing, and closing sidework.
¦ Maintain a safe, sanitary, and secure environment at all times.
¦ Notify Manager of all guest complaints.
Qualification Standards
¦ Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests
¦ Must speak English.
Physical Requirements
¦ Ability to transport and carry objects (such as highchairs and food plates) up to 25 pounds.
¦ Agility to wipe down tabletops, booth seats, and table legs and to pick up any debris off the floor in all areas of the restaurant.
¦ Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours in length.
