Collects titles and lien releases for traded and purchased vehicles
Prepares payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.
Signs over titles for all wholesalers who have paid in full. Prepares a monthly report to management of any funds not collected from wholesalers due to missing or incomplete title work.
Collects titles and lien releases for trade vehicles and purchase vehicles.
Maintains title due report
Other duties as assigned
Assist title clerk as needed
Requirements/Qualifications:
Full time - Monday – Friday (40 hour work week)
High School Diploma/GED
Notary a plus
Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
Must possess excellent communication skills
Valid driver’s license is required for dealership employment
