Job Duties: Daily Process vendor set up requests through Samanage workflow system Communicate with all team members for pending resolutions in COUPA system Communicate with vendors for proper documentation for 900 BOC setups Assist with invoice processing for overflow / designated stores Assist with projects for vendor file cleanup and maintenance- for 2020, renumbering system will be implemented Assist with WEX hires and terms as needed Weekly Publish and send out the Monday items in approval que for COUPA Monthly Complete certification of duties through WORKIVA Yearly Perform 1099 issue tasks at year end As Needed Assist with projects for vendor AP software enhancement initiatives- COUPA phase II rollout 2020 Expectations: SLA for vendor set up if all documents received is 3 hours SLA for vendor set up from COUPA que is 5 days before escalation The purpose of this job description is for guidance and training for the position described.
