Job Summary: As our Studio Manager, you'll be the heart and soul of our vibrant studio. You'll take charge of the day- to-day operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining cost control. From engaging with our awesome staff to participating in various studio activities, you'll have the chance to constantly learn and grow both personally and professionally.

Your Essential Accountabilities:

1. Lead the way by upholding and modeling our policies to create a positive work environment.

2. Ignite the team's motivation and mentorship to surpass sales goals through engaging contests and innovative programs.

3. Harness the full potential of each team member, guiding and coaching them to success, while reinforcing a positive and supportive atmosphere.

4. Keep a watchful eye on inventory accuracy to ensure smooth operations.

5. Embrace our commitment to safety standards and maintain a tidy, welcoming studio environment.

6. Cultivate a strong sense of teamwork, encouraging collaboration and camaraderie among the staff.

7. Provide honest and constructive feedback through regular employee reviews, fostering growth and development.

8. Create and adjust schedules with payroll goals in mind, ensuring optimal staffing levels.

9. Proactively communicate with the District Manager, acting upon their guidance to achieve our shared vision.

10. Embrace flexibility and lend a hand wherever needed—no task is too big or too small!

11. Strive for perfection in audit scores—let's ace it together!

12. Take charge of opening and closing duties, including cash handling, sales reconciliation, and keeping things organized.

13. Be a superhero in customer service, addressing and resolving any complaints that arise.

14. Recognize opportunities to delegate tasks effectively, ensuring smooth operations.

15. Attend essential Manager, sales, and training meetings, eager to learn and share insights.

16. Host lively staff meetings, where you'll share important updates, policy changes, incentives, and directions from

Management.
