Location: Position is located at 75 N. East Ave., Fayetteville, AR. Incumbent will need the ability to travel between Fayetteville branches and Western Washington County Branches as needed.

Hours: Availability needed Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with additional hours as needed.

Summary:

SUMMARY: Under the direction and supervision of the Property Manager, the incumbent is responsible for efficient and effective performance in the handling of general maintenance and upkeep of the bank's physical properties. The Maintenance Specialist 2 handles the more complex maintenance issues and the training of new maintenance associates.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• 3 years carpentry experience required.
• 3 years electrical repairs/new installation experience or journeyman’s license required.
• 2 years plumbing repairs/new installation experience or journeyman’s license required.
• Valid driver's license and maintenance of an excellent driving record required.
• Experience with heating/air conditioning preferred.

Pay Range: $16.88 - $20.05 per hour
