Position is located at 1515 S Utica Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Position is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

Summary:

SUMMARY: As an unlicensed assistant, incumbents provide advanced support to the Client Advisor(s) by maintaining the Client Advisor(s) calendars, working with operational staff to monitor the insurance underwriting process and provide professional administrative support for Client Advisor(s) during meetings with clients. Incumbents work with minimal supervision, act promptly, and seek solutions to resolve issues, and challenge and make practical routine decisions. Incumbents contribute to the success of the Arvest Wealth Management (AWM) location team and are expected to answer general questions about client’s account activity. As directed by the Client Advisor, Client Advisor Assistant 2s’ are responsible for meeting with clients to collect documentation and/or deliver information and is expected to comply with all bank and FINRA rules and regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

  • Perform all duties of Client Advisor Assistant 1 as necessary.

  • Process and maintain client documentation for proper maintenance of accounts. Ensure required client paperwork is current and is compliant with industry regulations.

  • Work in conjunction with the Client Advisor(s) and operational staff to monitor the insurance underwriting process.

  • Schedule requested appointments for the Client Advisor(s), as well as follow-up appointments and correspondence per FINRA requirements. Proactively develop schedules based upon an understanding of the requirements.

  • Setup and arrange client seminars and trainings at the direction of the Client Advisor(s).

  • Attend various training and continuing education seminars to increase job knowledge and stay abreast of regulation changes.

  • Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

  • 3 years administrative experience required.

  • Proficient mathematical skills required.

  • Proficient with Microsoft suite of system applications required.

  • Previous experience in the finance industry is preferred.

  • Associate Degree preferred.
