Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our medical/surgical team. Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting any changes or concerns
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform various nursing procedures, including but not limited to injections, sutures, and IV insertions
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive care measures
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
- Utilize ICD-10 coding system for accurate documentation and billing purposes

Qualifications:
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of two years of experience in a medical/surgical setting
- Proficient knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws
- Familiarity with ambulatory surgery center and assisted living environments
- Strong clinical skills, including experience administering injections, sutures, and IV insertions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
