The Client Service Associate (CSA) provides critical support to the firm and our daily operations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to interface with advisors and other key stakeholders daily in a highly professional and collaborative environment. Ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Primary duties include:

• Account Openings
• Money Movement (Journal/ACH/Wire)
• Account Maintenance
• Resolve custodial issues
• Trading/Rebalancing Accounts
• Other duties as assigned

• Financial Services Experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
• Strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• HS diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
• SIE, Series 7 preferred
