- Support and follow the Company Safety Program
- Manage multiple programs at the same time
- Manage Program Launches
- Conduct weekly APQP meetings on status of new programs
- Keep C4PM (Project Management Software) Updated for all programs
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and co-workers on new programs
- Oversee timelines
- Manage engineering changes
- Other duties as required
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and work on more than one project at once
- Knowledge of automotive stamping and assembly processes
- Proficient in Project Management
- Strong time management skills
- GD&T experience is a plus
- Engineering Degree preferred or at least 5 yrs automotive program management experience
- PMP Certification is a plus
