ArtiFlex Manufacturing is Hiring an Accountant (HTG) Near Warren, MI
- Enter job information and perform job analysis / review job revenue and cost as jobs flow from quote to completion stages.
- Update project information in accounting system.
- Perform journal entries, month-end account reconciliation, general ledger account analysis and monthly financial reporting.
- Cash forecasting.
- Preparing financial presentations
- Professional working knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly Microsoft Excel. Ability to work with Pivot Tables, filters, exports and advanced formulas is preferred.
- Able to pull and analyze various reports, and anticipate cash needs and requirements of the company.
- Familiar with General Leger Accounting Software, using the Financial, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sales Management and Production Management Modules. Ability to export reports out of the system and convert to user friendly documents.
- Experience with Epicor software is preferred
- Being detail oriented and curious / willing to learn new things
- Demonstrated experience of success in corporate accounting role or accounting degree requested. CPA preferred.
