Core Requirements:

• Demonstrating an intermediate understanding of healthcare/research operations and systems is highly desired.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of PMBOK guidelines, including productivity tools, project charters, work plans, and budgets.
• Apply intermediate knowledge of BABOK guidelines to support business analysis activities.
• Implement advanced principles of change management, risk management, and quality improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma.
• Utilize advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field / Master's degree is preferred
