Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for a Benefits Analyst for our client.

Must-Have

• 2 -3 years of experience as a Benefits Analyst or HR consulting
• Experience working with enterprise technology solutions, HR systems preferred
• Exposure to supporting a broad, diverse employee population. International experience preferred.
• Prioritization experience supporting multiple workstreams and processes in high-growth environments
• Ability to work well under pressure, with proven time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and organize complex information

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $38.25 - $44.35 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Benefit Analyst: 3 years (Required)
• HR systems: 3 years (Preferred)
