We are seeking a skilled Cafe Manager to oversee our bustling cafe operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a knack for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day cafe operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring quality service
- Oversee food production, ensuring high standards of culinary excellence
- Train and mentor staff in customer service, food safety, and cafe procedures
- Handle cash management and POS system operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe

Requirements:

- Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of Aloha POS system or similar software
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Proficiency in inventory control and ordering supplies as needed
- Bartending experience is a plus
- Culinary background or understanding of food production processes
- Ability to conduct interviews and train new hires
