This person works with several groups to design, build, and support the on-prem and cloud infrastructure, implement software features, research innovative solutions, and provide necessary maintenance and troubleshooting. This person specifies, configures, installs, troubleshoots, upgrades, and administers WAN/LAN hardware and software, cloud connectivity and integrations, and various monitoring tools.
