**Responsibilities:**

1. Perform routine inspections of swimming pools to identify maintenance needs.

2. Clean and vacuum pools regularly to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

3. Test and balance pool water chemistry to ensure safe and comfortable swimming conditions.

4. Monitor and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters.

5. Perform minor repairs on pool equipment and fixtures as needed.

6. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests related to pool maintenance.

7. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

8. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and chemical treatments.

9. Assist in opening and closing pools at the beginning and end of the swimming season.

10. Collaborate with team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and tasks efficiently.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

1. Proven experience in swimming pool maintenance or a related field.

2. Strong knowledge of pool chemistry and water treatment methods.

3. Familiarity with pool equipment operation, troubleshooting, and repair.

4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to detect maintenance issues.

5. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in outdoor environments.

8. Certification in pool maintenance or a related field is a plus.

9. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
