Arrowhead Talent Solutions is helping a manufacturing client fill a Quality Manager role in Willoughby, Ohio. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the AS9100/ISO9000 QA systems
- Identify and quarantine Non-Conforming Product
- Manage a Team of Quality Technicians
- Support Floor Inspection for our 50 Machines
- Establish and maintain Customer and Vendor relationships
- Assist and support First Article Inspection requirements
- Need to be comfortable with inspection procedures and GD&T
- Maintain an inspection equipment Calibration System
- Manage the Corrective Action Response (CAR) System
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Quality Management is required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field is a plus
- Certified Quality Auditor qualification is a plus
- Understanding of GD&T is preferred
- Experience in Plate Inspection is preferred
