Job Summary:
Arrowhead Lexus in Peoria, Arizona is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Service Manager/ Recon Manager to join our team. The incumbent in this position will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient repair and maintenance of our automotive inventory, inbound new cars and trade ins.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the reconditioning and detailing process for all incoming vehicles
- Oversee the work of Technicians and Skilled Laborers, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Maintain accurate inventory and repair records
- Monitor and order necessary supplies and equipment for reconditioning process
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with other departments to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Identify and address any vehicle issues or repairs needed
- Perform quality control inspections on all reconditioned vehicles before they are ready for sale
- Train and mentor new Recon team members as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety and company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the auto industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and Reynolds and Reynolds Ignite
- Valid AZ driver's license and good driving record
- Must be able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen (Not including THC)
