Location: Orlando, FL

Pay: Starting pay rate - $16, which will increase to $18 once training is completed

Shift: Hours of availability required: 6:00 am – 5:00 pm (Monday-Friday) – 40-hour workweek with the opportunity for overtime as needed.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team. you will play a crucial role in our operations, including order picking, inventory management, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitates the movement of all materials - finished goods, ingredients or packaging.
• Customer Order Picking and palletizing for truck and small parcel (UPS, FedEx) shipments
• Loads and unloads trucks for all modes of transportation – LTL, Truckload, and small parcel (UPS, FedEx)
• Customer Order Processing in computer for all UPS and FedEx shipments
• Greet and communicate with drivers, vendors, and coworkers with a positive attitude
• Completes Shipping and Receiving documentation
• Team collaboration with Customer Service, Production and Production Planning
• Performs Inventory Cycle Counts and Physical Inventory counts per schedule.
• Maintains an organized and clean work environment.
• Provide support in other functional areas as needed.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to count and do basic math functions without the aid of a calculator
• 1- 2 years of Food Manufacturing experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-Starter with a flexible, team player attitude
• Dependable (Motivated to work and not call out or be late)
• Must be able to repetitively lift 50 pounds
• Must be available Monday through Friday. Seasonal overtime and schedule flexibility required.
• Must be able to read and write in English, Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Sit-down and stand-up Forklift experience preferred
• Updated Resume containing similar experience
