A.D Solutions Inc. is Hiring a Shipping, Receiving, & Warehouse Specialist Near Orlando, FL

A.D. Solutions is a Business Equipment and Service Provider with headquarters in Orlando, Florida. We are rapidly growing and are looking to add a Warehouse Stock Clerk with excellent internal/external customer service, attention to detail, great communication skills. Main functions:

  • Ship and receive office equipment, parts, and supplies daily
  • Organize warehouse inventory according to floor plan and order/warehousing needs
  • Move copier/printer/video equipment between warehouses
  • Dispose of all waste daily and schedule recycle equipment pickup/disposal
  • Pull and prep lease return equipment for scheduled pick up
  • Storing lease returns in designated leasing bin locations
  • Stock supplies and equipment in designated areas
  • Assist set up team with pulling equipment for builds
  • Load and unload box truck/semi shipments
  • Process and support warehouse administration functions
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Communicate excellent customer service to internal and external clients in person, in writing and over the phone.
  • Assist Warehouse Coordinator with other inventory related assignments

This is an entry-level position with growth opportunities in our Deployment Team. The complete job description is available upon request.

Working conditions & requirements:

  • 5-day work week (Monday to Friday).
  • Warehouse environment experience required.
  • Forklift certification required; OSHA certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
  • Flexibility for extended work hours, events, weekends, holidays, and travel to client offices.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Meet deadlines and display strong customer relation skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the position.

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • Comfortable driving and loading a box truck.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Florida Driver's license and background check required.
  • Logic and problem-solving skills, familiarity with time zones, and routine mathematical calculations.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Handle stressful situations in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
  • Accurate typing, proficiency in personal computers, and telephones.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in customer service or B2B organizations is a plus.
  • Shipping and receiving experience is a plus.
  • Inventory database experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
