We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to train with our intuitive team and represent our revered roster of clients. In this role, the Customer Service Assistant will implement interactive marketing strategies while educating customers on our clients’ products and services. Through multi channel sales techniques, our Customer Service Team has acquired an unprecedented amount of new customers while supporting them through the sales process.
Responsibilities:
Create a memorable, positive first impression for customers
Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our clients and their products
Establish common ground with people from all walks of life
Secure quick relationships by building rapport with customers
Offer consultative advice that matches customer preferences
Complete sales while resolving inquiries and overturning objections
