Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating purchases and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Duties:

- Utilize MRP systems to manage inventory levels and replenishment.
- Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers to procure materials.
- Manage logistics and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Price negotiation to secure cost-effective deals.
- Contract management for vendor agreements.
- Procurement management to meet company needs efficiently.
- Source new suppliers to expand vendor network.

Experience:

- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or related field.
- Familiarity with MRP systems and inventory management.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Experience in contract management and vendor relations.
