This hybrid role will require at least two days per week at our Oakdale, MN, office.

How you will spend your days as an A/P Shared Services Supervisor :

• Supervise a team of AP Associates and AP Leads.
• Oversees reports regarding cash flow; ensures correct payments are made in a timely manner.
• Analyzes expense reports and other invoices for accuracy and eligibility for payment.
• Reconciles accounts payable total and general ledger with other applicable records (e.g., subsidiary vendors ledger).
• Review bi-weekly time sheets.
• Audit monthly expense reports.
• Ensure expense reports comply with company policy.
• Review monthly P-card transactions.
• Maintain SOP's and ensure all divisions follow them.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Process annual 1099's.
• Ensures proper maintenance, filing, and storage of records in case of audits.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• 3-5 years of related work with supervisory experience.

• Excellent supervisory and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to motivate staff.
